On May 11, in the morning, a seminar features ‘Brand TM registration strategy & Internet+ era IPR protection’ was held in Shanghai by German Chamber of Commerce Shanghai Branch. President Mr. Lin Zhuping (林祝平), along with TM Registration Dept. Manager Mr. Lawyer Qian Min from Shanghai BOB Intellectual Property Service Ltd both delivered speeches respectively with the theme ‘Brand TM registration strategy’ and ‘Internet+ era IPR protection’ to the member enterprises of German Chamber of Commerce, which helps them understand the latest strategy and solution in the area of TM registration and anti-counterfeiting work.
President Mr. Lin, with his past 17-year practical experience focused on brand protection, shed light on risk of IPR infringement facing the enterprises from the perspective of in-depth business risk brought by fake products, evolution of fake products, and etc. In addition, drawing upon Champion companies’ classic model cases regarding O2O IPR protection, Mr. Lin also illustrated brand protection at Internet+ era.

Lawyer Mr. Qian, based upon his practical brand protection experiences, from the angle of brand protection, content, form as well as commodity classification of TM registration selection, TM retaining strategy and so on, provided professional tactics and strategies in terms of TM registration. What’s more, he also gave advice regarding risk control on enterprise TM management risk, measures as well as the standards.
