A Speech by BOB’s Deputy Director of IPR Protection Department at the Conference of Custom “Dragon” Action held by the General Administration of Customs

On August 22, 2017, the General Administration of Customs opened the national customs “dragon” action site mobilization and deployment conference at Qingdao customs training base. More than 60 customs and local customs officials and nearly 150 enterprises attended the meeting.

The “dragon” action will implement the special action for the protection of custom intellectual property on the selected first batch of 156 enterprises with exports intellectual property advantage, to provide strong protection for the independent innovation of Chinese brand and products exporting.

The Partners of BOB, Liu kangquan, Qian Min were invited to participate in the conference. In the conference, a speech on the Introduction of the General Guarantee System for the Protection of Intellectual Property Rights was given by Liu kangquan.
