BOB, in defense of the client, wins a malicious civil litigation filed by a trademark squatter

Recently, BOB represented a client in responding to a malicious litigation filed by a trademark squatter, and won the litigation for the client.
At first, BOB had the bad-faith trademark successfully invalidated. Afterwards, BOB exchanged views with the judge responsible for the civil litigation and facilitated the infringer to give up his malicious claim for RMB one million yuan as compensation.

In addition, the infringer lodged an administrative lawsuit afterwards. BOB was entrusted by the client to handle this lawsuit, which is still underway.
