Beginning on Sept. 1, 2017, China Customs launched a three-month IP protection campaign codenamed “Dragon Leap”, aiming at providing a fair-competition environment for Chinese enterprises going global. During the campaign, 253 cases of IP infringement was established and investigated; a total number of 11 million pieces of IP infringement products were seized, saving a total loss of RMB 74.4 million for IP owners.

At the invitation of China Customs, BOB offered IP counseling and support to IP owner enterprise, including the general vouch system of China Customs.
