【Note】The following operations are recommended to use IE browser.

 Q1.  Failure to log in or webpage displayed abnormally

<Error>

The domain name of recordation system of the Customs protection of IP rights has been changed to http://202.127.48.145:8888/.

The old domain name can not get access to the recordation system, or the search shows ‘the webpage can not be found’.

<Solution>

  1. Log to the recordation system by using the new domain name;
  2. Open official website of GACC and click “ Internet+Customs ” into the recordation system, please refer to the following steps.

Step1. Open website of GACC http://www.customs.gov.cn/，click Internet+Customs on the home page；

Step2. Select IP icon on the menu, further click Recordation system of Customs protection of IP rights on the left hand in the bottom;

Step3. Click Confirm button, the webpage will get linked to the recordation system, with the left side in the bottom showing new domain name http://202.127.48.145:8888/；

13Step4. Log in successfully.

Q2. Failure to upload attachments. Take trademark recordation application for example, no response after numerous clicks “documents selecting” button to upload trademark logos.

<Error>

It is caused by the compatibility problem between IE browser and new domain name site.

<Solution>

Fix this problem by adding the domain name site to the compatibility view list of IE, please refer to the Microsoft official website for more “Fix site display issues with Compatibility View in Internet Explorer 11”.

Remark：

After consulting GACC service hotline, it is replied that the recordation system does not set log-in restrictions on overseas IP. If overseas users still can’t log in via the aforesaid two methods, it may be the Internet network setting problem of the computer.

The above only lists the questions/problems that BOB received feedback from the clients and the feasible solutions after physical operation. However, we can not guarantee that the corresponding problems can be solved through the above methods in any case. Thanks for your kind understanding.
