BOB Partner Invited to Give Presentation on“The Practice and Recent Developments of Anticounterfeiting in China.”

On the 24^th of August 2023, the chief partner Pierce Lin was invited to give a lecture to the enterprise members of Intellectual Property Group in China (IPG). The topic of the lecture was “The Practice and Recent Developments of Anticounterfeiting in China” in which included the contents of practical theory and true cases.

The lecture was given in Japanese this year, facing the Japanese employees from Japan enterprises. While the lecture with the similar topic was given in Chinese last year, facing the Chinese employees of Japan enterprises.

More than 70 persons from the intellectual property rights departments of different Japanese companies were attending the seminar.

The members paid great attention to theme, showing great enthusiasm in the consultation phase. There were 20 inquiries received during the seminar and Pierce Lin of BOB resolved the questions with the experience and expertise.
