～Selection of White Paper on China’s IPR Protection～

 

Introduction

China’s State Intellectual Property Office (SIPO) releases White Paper on China’s IPR Protection (short as White Paper) in each April since 2007 which are also published on the official website of the SIPO (http://www.sipo.gov.cn/gk/ ).
The White Paper covers a range of content including law and regulation amendment, IPR registration and protection status, propaganda and education as well as the international cooperation and communication, etc. The version in 2013 has a total of 43 pages.
This report presents relevant data regarding IPR registration and protection  in China in the White Paper published in 2009-2013, penetrating some analysis or opinion of BOB.
We hope it will play a role in the strategy-making of IPR registration and protection of IPR holders.
