A wide variety of exhibitions are held in China every year. Many infringers will take advantage of the exhibition to display and sell their counterfeit products to visitors. A. Exhibition infringement investigation

1	Infringement investigation at the exhibition scene	Investigating whether there is any infringement activity in the exhibition, such as trademark infringement, copyright infringement, design patent infringement, utility model patents infringement, and invention patent infringement. Besides, BOB also provides relevant information collection services for entire industry.
2	Collection of infringing company profiles, product catalogues, infringement samples, etc.	BOB can not only provide services of collecting the infringer’s related infringing materials, but also that of the customer’s competitors.

B. Exhibition notary

3	Notary service in the exhibition	Providing photo evidence notary service, which will help to preserve the evidence of infringing products in the exhibition. There are no limits on the notary targets.

C. Exhibition raid

4	Raid infringer booth	Any booth displaying the infringing exhibits will be raid at site. And the infringing products will be banned from the exhibition after the raid action. In addition, the exhibition organizers will also proactively clear out all infringing exhibits of exhibition, for example, the organizer has set up an IP and foreign trade dispute handling center at the exhibition site, which is responsible for raid the infringing exhibitors.
5	Sending warning letter and making on-site negotiation	If the infringement is slight, or the organizer treatment is dissatisfied, the warning letter or on-site negotiation with the infringer will be made by our lawyer. The infringer will be required to remove the infringing exhibits, and have to guarantee that they would no longer conduct any infringing activity. At the same time, the infringer will be given a warn that the further protection rights will be reserved by us.

D. Follow-up services after the exhibition

6	Background investigation against the infringer	To dig out the manufacturing dens of the infringer, BOB will keep investigating and tracking through relevant information collected in the exhibition. If the producer of the infringing product attend exhibition in person, an on-site factory investigation will be conducted. Once any infringing product is found at producing site, the administrative or criminal raid action will be taken immediately.
